    My Acer Swift 3 sometimes beeps and suddenly stops typing


    Hi everyone,

    This is my first question here. It concerns an issue that has taken place for over a year now since I bought this computer, the Acer Swift 3. Every other day or so, the computer beeps when the volume is on while I'm typing and then the keyboard suddenly stops responding. For some very strange reason, the brightness keys keep working but the rest don't. Restarting the computer always resolves the problem, but I'm looking for a long term solution because there may come a time where I absolutely must use my keyboard in a certain situation.

    So, in summary:

    - What is causing this?

    - How can I put an end to this for once and for all so I can stop restarting my computer?

    Yes I have,loaded all my photos using the disc supplied with the camera, no disc drive on swift to use that,thanks for help will try !!!

    Multiple BSODs on laptop (Acer Swift 1)

    1:
    a: I get nothing on the health tab. I'm not sure if its due to my storage being eMMC (I had tried looking at my drive with crystaldiskinfo before and got nothing)
