Windows 10: my Adminstrator account won't complete the login process with my Microsoft account, what to do?

Hello, I am having trouble connecting my local account to my Microsoft account with the knowledge that I have a school and personal account the one I've used to sign-in with is the personal one and everything goes smoothly, but it then asks for my windows password which is myPIN and I type it which gives this message here's a screenshot. to note I have successfully logged in online with both accounts and I have also linked them, but I can't seem to find the problem.Thanks in advance

Yea, I would create a local account and just use your school account to login to Outlook and Onedrive.

Edit:
Here switch between local and microsoft account.

Bree, having followed your advice, a second account named "Andrew Griffin" appeared in the list of accounts on the login screen. This disappeared when I reversed the step.

Brink, I didn't delete my account - it shows up as as "oem" in netplwiz.

Attached a is list of accounts and you'll see that the guest account is degraded - relevant?UserAccountDetails.txt

notice that the account status is "degraded"

Thanks Brink. The account named "Administrator" is listed in netplwiz when I'm using that account.
