Windows 10: My AMD video card don't work after a windows 10 update

I have ATI Radeon HD4600 series video card. I used it near 2 months with 1280x1240 resolution. One day I've downloaded the new windows 10 updates and after that I've shut down the computer. Later the same day I've turned it on, but I didn't see any picture on the screen. I've placed the VGA cable on the motherboard, but now I see the intel video card and not my AMD. I've searches for drivers and reinstall the computer but I didn't repair my video card. The other video card works well, but there is a big lag when I play hard games now. I can't buy a new card soon and I really want to repair my old.


Please say me how to repair it!

WarRock 3D Detection don´t works

Hello Guys,

i had a problem with my Card. The card didn´t wanted to change in 3D Modus. Ok now i removed the other 2 Pins and now it runs in 3D Modus in 3DMark06 too. The Card is a HD 2900GT. But my Game WarRock don´t runs in 3D Modus. Is there a List where i can start the game in 3D Manual? Because in Automatic it don´t want start because the Card don´t see that it is an 3D Game. Can someone help me?

Method 1: Update video adapter driver.


Verify that the latest drivers for the display adapter are installed.

• a. At the Start screen, type Windows Update.
• b. Click or tap Settings on the right side of the screen, and then select Install optional updates from the left results
  
• c. When the Windows Update control panel opens, click on “Check for Updates” on the top left corner to receive a fresh list of updates.

Method 2:

Check the Device status in the Device Manager. The yellow exclamation mark provides an indication of a device's current status and could mean that there is a system resource conflict, a driver issue, or any number of other
things. Refer to these steps to open Device Manager.

Step 1. Press Windows and X keys together.

Step 2. Click on Device Manager.

Step 3. Expand Sound, video and game controller.

Step 4. Please check with the optional driver updates through windows update and check if it helps. And

Method 3: If the issue still prissiest, install the Windows 8.1 drivers in compatibility mode.

Step 1. Download the Windows 8.1 drivers.

Step 2. Right click on the downloaded driver file.

Step 3. Click/tap on
Troubleshoot Compatibility.

I also suggest install the latest drivers available for Windows 10 and check if it helps.
