Windows 10: My Arc mouse cannot be detected by my computer

I'm using Asus ZenBook UX435EG.The arc mouse was connected to the computer with no problem. I turn it on today and the mouse no longer connected to the computer. I tried to repair it, but it cannot be detected by the computer. This is my third Arc mouse and these problem kept happening.

• Were there any recent changes made prior to this issue?
• What is the exact of your Surface device?
• Please clarify that the issue is about the ARC Bluetooth Mouse somehow locks your computer and sends you to the lockscreen.
