Windows 10: my ark survival wont download its stuck saying install,and arks the only game that does it

hi yh i was playing ark survival evolved and it randomly crashed and sarted reinstalling its self,tought it was weird but ok then i let it download and now it says its owned but were its ment to say play it says install then when i click it it acts like its gonna download it then it says complete and then it doest chance for a while and then it just goes right back to the same install thing. Help as soon as pssible thank u

Unable to download Ark: Survival Evolved

I am trying to download Ark: survival evolved for pc from my brothers account, I can download other games but when I try ark it just say “Starting download... 6.23 GB” and then it just stops and I have to click install again.

Ark Survival Evolved

So on my Xbox One the update on Ark Survival Evolved says 793.36 but on the Microsoft Store Ark Survival Evolved it says 793.16, they are both updated but it stops me playing cross play, any reason why they aren't on the same update? Edit: So the game
updated but it is only 793.34 so I still can't cross play.

1. Xbox One Enhanced.
   

This particular version is only available on Xbox One. ARK:
Survival Evolved Xbox

1. Xbox Play Anywhere.
   

This version can be downloaded on Xbox as well as Windows PC. ARK: Survival
Evolved Anywhere.



Could you please confirm which of the above versions of ARK: Survival Evolved have you purchased?
