Windows 10: My asus laptop windows 10 is stuck in endless boot

So when im playing rimworld it suddenly restart and the blue screen stopcode error appears and its stuck in endless boot now then the automatic repair also appears but after a second it restart again. I also tried to get to safe mode or the WinRE but I think it doesnt have that or I just forgot to enable it

I go to BIOS menu and look at the boot but there is only 1 option so I think it really doesnt have winre or safe mode.

So i created a bootable usb with windows installation media I downloaded at the windows site and using the etcher tool I put the windows iso file to my bootable usb and after it finished i insert it to my broken asus and boot to the usb, after booting, the "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD" appear then I press space and the Blue windows logo appears then I wait and when the loading icon appears it suddenly restart again.
I dont know anymore solutions

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps:

• Select the Boot menu in the Aptio setup utility, select 'Launch CSM' and change to enable.
• Select the Security menu n the Aptio setup utility, select 'secure Boot Control' and change to disable.
• Select Save & Exit and press 'yes'.
• Hold down the power button until the unit switches power off completely.
• Switch back on and continually press the F9 button for about ten seconds; this should now allow the unit to boot up into the Windows Recovery menu.
• Select 'Advanced Start Up' and wait until the recovery menu appears.
• Select ' Advanced Options'.
• Select 'System Restore' and select a date prior to when the problem occurred.
