    My audio

Today something strange happened, I was trying to make room for a game I was planning on getting. I deleted something called "Smart Audio" later I decided to watch youtube because the game hadn't finished installing, I went into the video I was planning on watching and there was no sound. I was confused and then remembered I deleted the app, I went into my Recycle bin and couldnt find it so I decided to just reinstall everything I deleted and then delete whatever I didnt need anymore. Everything was working perfectly fine after that, but I then had to leave to go to restaurant so I shut the laptop and then left, when I came back I unpaused the video I was watching and then there was no sound yet again. I reset the page a few times and exed out of youtube and went back in multiple times. My sound for youtube and my computer was on 100 and it wasnt muted at all, I put on multiple videos to see if it was just the sound for the videos and it wasnt because the ads were silent, Please Help Me Fix This Problem. -Jaylynne
