Windows 10: My background keeps changing to this everytime i boot up my pc, any fixes? (it's annoying...

Everytime background changes, explorer will automatically refresh


Not sure if this is the right place to ask but i have some problems with windows 10 since upgrade (I've had this problem since earlier build).
Everytime background changes, explorer will automatically refresh (or so i think)
For example, my i'm initially at the bottom of a folder like this


notice the scroll bar is at the very bottom.

After my background changes, it will be dragged all the way back to the top like this


It's really annoying everytime i navigate through folders with a lot of items.
Is there anyway to fix this other than stopping the slideshow all together?

changing the background images

Hi,

In order to help you better, could you please confirm a couple of things.

• Have you made any changes on the computer prior to the issue?
• Are you referring to desktop background image or lock screen image?

I suggest you to follow the below steps to change the background picture and check if it helps.

• In the search type as ‘Settings’ and click on it.
• Select ‘Personalization’, under ‘Background’ option select as ‘Picture’.
• Under ‘Choose your picture’ select any picture accordingly or you can browse the picture from your computer.

What is this screen I keep getting everytime I boot up ?

I keep getting a screen with a counter that goes from 0 to 50 everytime I boot.
The "press any button to boot from CD or DVD" is just there because I have a windows DVD in the reader.
But the RPL-ROM-FCC is what I'm really curious about and want to fix : it takes too long to boot every time..
