Windows 10: My BitLocker in disabled.

My BitLocker in disabled and it won't engage.. I do not know what my BitLocker Key is or where it is.

How to disable Bitlocker?

To disable BitLocker I would suggest you try the following steps and see if it helps.

1. Press Windows key + X and click on
Control Panel.

2. Change View by from Category
to Large Icons/Small Icons.

3. Click on BitLocker Drive Encryption and click on
Turn BitLocker Off.

4. Follow on screen instructions. Click on
Decrypt the Drive when the message appears.

Hello Colleen,

You can disable BitLocker on Windows 10. Please follow the steps below:

• Press the Start button > type Manage
  BitLocker, then press Enter.
• This will allow you to open BitLocker window. You can select Turn
  off Bitlocker to completely disable it. See the screenshot below:
