Windows 10: my bluetooth driver is missing

Discus and support my bluetooth driver is missing in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; My Bluetooth driver icon is not showing in the device manager list.     My Bluetooth driver icon is not showing in the device manager list. I am not able to use the Bluetooth. Please tell me the solution.

    We want to know more about the issue with the missing Bluetooth driver. Please answer the questions below:

    • Which update was done to your touch pad?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
    • Have you tried downloading the Bluetooth driver from the manufacturer's support site?

    Bluetooth driver for Linux.

    I have an Apple wireless keyboard that use with a Linksys Bluetooth USB receiver adapter (USB BT100 Rev2). It works great with Win10 and it’s small footprint saves a ton of desk space. But when I dual boot to Linux Mint a get a keyboard missing message. Since I’m a rank beginner with a Linux, I could really use a step by step guide to finding and installing Bluetooth drivers to get this keyboard working with Linux. Thanks in advance.

    Bluetooth driver and icon missing from whole PC - tray icon, device manager, program files?

    Thank you for your prompt reply. I'm answering your questions below,

    • Are you using a built-in or dongle Bluetooth?
      • Built-in Bluetooth with my laptop.
    • Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue (e.g., updates, software installation)?
      • No major changes (updates/software installations etc.) were done recently.
    • To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
      • Firstly tried to search the .exe file or any other related file associated with Bluetooth through windows search.
      • Secondly, tried to install bluetooth driver provided by lenovo in my driver folder, which indicates missing hardware (2nd image).
      • Thirdly, via "services.msc" tried to automatically run the bluetooth service, but nothing happened!
    That's all.
