    I recently downloaded Windows 10 to my Toshiba laptop. I have a wireless connection to my HP Photosmart C6100 All-in-one printer. When I try to print, I get an error message. I followed the trouble shooting steps and everything is good except - there
    is a document that is still in the print queue. I do not have any jobs pending. How do I clear the printer?
