Windows 10: my camera is not operable in MSI laptop, windows 10

i checked the method while you suggested to someone who had the same problem. the same problem still occurring when turn on camera

the error message " "

so i need to know how to change these problem for good and i could rely on some video chatting. i used the step as mentioned before who had the same problem and the property says" ". so i dont know what to do with this problem and i went through the properties, the events showing the status like: . it'll be wonderful if someone can help about this... thank you

i am sure that i never used the camera when i bought the laptop till today... help if anyone can..

settings to see if the camera access is turned on. Kindly follow the steps below to check the camera privacy settings:

• Press the Windows key + I to open the Settings app.
• Near the top of the Settings app window is the search box, kindly type the word "webcam" or "camera".
• From the list of results choose Camera privacy settings.
• Make sure that "Let apps use my camera" toggle is set to On.

camera not working in MSI laptop

i am using msi laptop

Specs

intel i7 7700hq and nvidia gtx 1060 and 16gb RAM

and i know how to open camera on msi laptop fn + f6

when i click the photo it shows something like this



but my laptop's msi is not working even though camera's LED glows but in my camera app it shows black screen

 

upgrade msi laptop from Windows 7 Home 32bit to Windows 10 32 bit Failure

Thank you for your suggestion. Upon checking the msi web site, it looks as of now my GX720 laptop is not listed as upgradeable to windows 10. I guess I can stop trying for now.
