my camera on laptop will not work all i get is error code 0xA00F4244(0xC00DABE0)

I keep getting this error code and I have tried following all the suggestions. I have reset the camera application twice and no change. When I turn it on using any video application it does not recognize a camera present.

Whenever I open camera in my PC, It shows that

I have troubleshoot but nothing detected and also reset the camera but the camera is not working and showing this error code
