Windows 10: My Circle Software

How do I get My Circle off my system. I don't how i got it and it doesn't show up as a program I can uninstall. Apparently this is a filter for websites to prevent kids from accessing certain websites. But it blocks me from having access to online banking and airline reservations as well others I need for work.

Cortana's Inner Circle losing names!

Not helpful. I'm experiencing the same issue. The inner circle is all setup, until it isn't. All the names are gone and they are back in the suggestions list.

Very annoying.
