Windows 10: My computer blue screens every 17 minute. UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP

My computer blue screens every 17 minute and I realized that my computer didn't blue screen when I was playing games. So I tried to disable my graphics card 1050TI on Device Manager and it no longer blue screens when I disable it or if I am playing games. I tried deleting and reinstalling my driver. Anyone knows how can I fix this?

Why do I only get Blue Screens on waking my PC from sleep. I never get them otherwise, and when I do get them it`s only when I wake my PC from sleep mode and not every time.
