Windows 10: My computer cant find recovery software and has 8.1 needs upgrade but wont

I literally have no hardware on my computer or any recovery files or anything it had 8.1 on it and it wont upgrade because it says it needs more space i dont know how to create more space since it is literally blank anyway and it wont even recover the 8.1 at this point

Unable to access HP Simple Pass to Sign-in to the computer on Windows 10

• Have you installed HP simple pass software on your computer?

Try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to download the latest HP Simple Pass software from the manufacturer's website install it and check if it helps.

Step 2: If you have already installed the software, I suggest you to re-install it and check if the issue persists.

Follow the steps to Access Recovery Manager:

• Press Start button from the keyboard, type Recover Manager.
• Select Recovery Manager from the list when it becomes available. Allow the action to continue, if prompted. The
  HP Recovery Manager opens.
• Click Software program re-installation, Next , select
  HP SimplePass for the listing and then follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall application

Cannot upgrade to 8.1 from 8.

Hi,

I understand you are trying to upgrade to Windows 8.1 and the installation fails.

Installation fails due to following reasons:

• Third party security program.
• Third party driver/applications.

Please follow the below methods and check if it helps:

Method 1: Update drivers

I would suggest you to update all the latest device drivers through Device Manager.

To update driver follow these steps.

• Right-click on the
  start button and click on Device Manager.
• Expand all the devices on by one.
• Right-click on the
  device driver and click on Update.
  

Method 2: Clean boot

If the issue persists, I would suggest you to set the computer in a clean boot state and then try to upgrade to Windows 8.1.

Setting the system in a clean boot state will help to identify if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue.

Note: After clean boot troubleshooting steps, refer to

Method 3: Uninstall Security program

If the issue persists, I would suggest you to uninstall Antivirus software and then try to upgrade to Windows 8.1. Check if it helps.

Note: Please make sure to re-install Antivirus software after upgrading to Windows 8.1.

Note 2: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable or uninstall your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily
disable or uninstall it to install other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done. If you're connected to the Internet or a network while your antivirus software is disabled or uninstalled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.
