Windows 10: My computer crashes constantly after Windows 10 Upgrade

I've tested the memory for hours (ran for almost a day on multiple occasions) and it always passes. I've tested the SSDs (now on the 2nd one for my OS drive and both test out perfectly), running the latest NVidia drivers and even have messed with a few rollback options. Done a Win 10 OS complete reinstall twice now. This machine was working flawlessly with Windows 8.1 and now it's almost totally useless. I've spent over 80 hours now trying to figure out a solution. I need Windows 10 operational because I need the latest Adobe apps. Basically I can't even web surf without the machine going to a BSOD and it's always memory management. I have never, ever, had a situation that is this bad. I'm using a new license of Win 10 64bit, purchased with an installation usb drive. Beyond frustrating, especially how I never had one issue with the same components and Windows 8.1. I can't ever get a constant cause, because the machine will sometimes just go to a BSOD while it is sitting there. I did keep my working version of 8.1, and if I put that OS drive in, the machine will run fine and doesn't crash. I'm afraid to do an upgrade on that OS, because I'm afraid of losing that working OS. That OS drive was completely removed and only reinstalled into the computer when I decided to see if something had happened to the hardware. I did not have it installed into the computer when I installed Windows 10.

Windows 10 upgrade problem, no input accepted

I really hate having to come here and ask for help, but I really am stumped. It hurts my geek pride. I have a PC with fairly modern hardware in it. It has a p8p67 pro in it. I have tried upgrading windows 10 on it twice now. Both times I have had the same result.

After windows finishes upgrading it goes to the log in/set up screen. I can't do anything. No keyboard or mouse input is accepted.

I will list some, or hopefully all, of the troubleshooting steps I have tried:

• Move keyboard and mouse to different USB ports.
• Try different keyboard or mouse.
• Restart computer, repeatedly.
• Google for related issues.
• Update Bios, because why not.
• Create boot media and revert to windows 7.

The windows 10 system restore boot media works fine with keyboard and mouse. All USB ports work in windows 7. I don't know what is wrong. I suspect that windows 10 is lacking a driver of some sort, but since the computer accepts no input I have no way of checking for which driver let alone installing it.

Please help me figure this out. If I have to revert back to windows 7 again, I am not going to get it upgraded to windows 10. Thank you in advanced.

i've seen this when the stock USB drivers went kaput. Only ever seen it once - i used a PCI USB 2.0 card and connected the mouse and keyboard to that, and manually updated the USB 2/USB 3 drivers.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
