Windows 10: My computer doesn't come out of the phoenix securecore technology setup

My computer suddenly shut down and the articles appeared and then the menu was opened boot menu was written next to the App menu has strange names in the form of items at the bottom The app menu when I come to the menu there is setup and diagnostic splash when I click the setup comes to my front menu comes in the information menu harddiskim says it's not plugged in and the secure boot is not on, but I'm sorry for the English, i'm actually a turk.

Phoenix securecore technology set up

So I was on my laptop watching a video when all of a sudden a blue screen popped up say that i need to restart my laptop. So i did and then a menu came up stating it was the phoenix Securecore Technology set up, so i used my common sense and selected the
load default settings and saved and exited. Now i am stuck on a black screen and the only keys that are responsive are the ctrl + alt + delete bottons and the f2 botton which takes me back to the phoenix securecore technology set up.

Please help me get back to the normal windows 10 start up.

Seamless Transition to EDK II
Starting with the Intel Z2760 Atom processor (codenamed Clover Trail), EDK II is the new standard for UEFI firmware development on Intel based platforms. The core of Phoenix SecureCore Technology 3 is based on native EDK II foundation support as well as extending the driver package inherited from EDK1117. With SecureCore Technology 3, Phoenix has created a genuine dual-build system UEFI BIOS that fulfills the needs of all developers.

Ultimately, a full transition to EDK II is necessary, and prioritizing engineering efficiency during the transition period remains vital. In 2013, support for platforms with EDK 1117 based drivers and OEM Identity Library (OIL) assets must continue alongside development of native EDK II based platforms. Doing so without any significant increase of BIOS engineering resources is a critical challenge. Phoenix's answer to this challenge is SecureCore Technology 3.0, a hybrid solution built with an EDK II core and EDK 1117 backward compatibility.
