    Hi, Thanks for answering my question, first I really sorry for my bad English. Ok, let's go to the problem.I'm using a laptop name Asus_a411u, it works perfectly when I just bought it but after 2 years it gets slower. as you know, CPU's base clock is 2.2 GHz and the boost clock is 3.4 GHz, when I play Minecraft or an online class, I don't know why the CPU clock can't beat 2.2 or better. Sorry but I try Linux, the CPU clock is better. Finally, can you give me some advice?

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
