Windows 10: my computer got messed up when opening a game

When i open certain games Exp.valorant my computers graphics drop and everything gets resized, like applications getting bigger or when i open games they are smaller, this goes on till i close the game but i opened Star Wars The Old Republic, and when closed it, it didnt fix my screen and its been like this for a few days, I've tried opening the game again and playing around in settings. i cant play certain games like fortnight or rainbow six siege, because either the graphics are to bad or the game when it opens is not the correct size to fit my screen. im desperately trying to fix it, if

  Right click on the ‘Setup’ icon for the game and click on properties.
