Windows 10: My computer has an undetectable virus on it

Hi, I have a windows 10 computer and the Norton Antivirus. My computer fans started spinning loudly, and my monitor went black. Upon restarting my computer two command prompts popped up. I have ran a full system scan with Norton and haven't found anything my program files seem fine as well as my appdata. My guess is that the malware is disguised as a windows process. What can I do to get rid of it manually?

Failing hardware? Undetected virus?

It really sounds like a virus running hidden in the background!
Though you've scanned the pc for viruses it's difficult that the antivirus installed finds anything...as the virus has already passed unobserved by the antivirus app.

My suggestion is to put some executable antivirus and antispyware appz. in your flash disk and scan the pc from that.
Use different ones, portable antiviruses etc....here are some suggestions:

Spyware doctor..etc.

i think me computer has a virus when i start it up there are no short cuts or task bar( thing with the start button) any suggestions on how to fix it? thanxs
