Windows 10: My computer has trouble installing update 21H1. Error code: 0x8007000d

This is what I see when I try installing 21H1. Note that it has no problem downloading 21H1.

I get this while trying to update Windows 10. Error code: (0x8007000d). I have watched Youtube videos and Googled this error code. I have tried all the suggested fixes to no avail. If I use (reset this pc) will that correct the error?
