Windows 10: My Computer is bought in china, and I can't change the language to anything other then chinese.

My Computer is bought in china, and I can't change the language to anything other then chinese and I'd like to change it to english.

I've already use this laptop for a couple of months and I have a couple of files I think are pretty important. Is there a way to change the language of the laptop while keeping the all the files in this computer and being able to access it normally?

I bought a laptop in China and it is having windows 10 chinese. I tried all the ways I know to change the language. But only the name of the apps are coming in English rest all(settings, etc) are in chinese still. So, how do I get complete English

I bought a laptop in China, but the only display language option is Chinese; it won't let me change it to English. The OEM description says CoreCountrySpecific, is this related? Is there any way I can change the language?

Hello everyboby!! I´ve reciently bought my Samsung computer in China, and everything is in chinese. As i don´t speak the language, I can´t do nothing, I don´t understand nothing.

Could you please orientate me step by step how do I configurate or download the english or spanish lauguage package please!!!

I really need to change it as son as posible :/
