it states that win 10 ver 1909 will not have any more security updates as it is not supported any more. how do I update it to another version?

Adding and removing apps in windows 10 ver. 1909, Photos, Share

I am a long time windows user and am currently using Windows 10, ver. 1909. I endeavor to add or subtract apps from the Windows Photos, share module (see attached screen shot image). Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
