  1. My Computer isn't Starting

    So I started my first PC build and at first after putting everything together, I turned it on and everything worked fine no bsod, the only problem was there was no internet connection despite the LAN cable being clearly connected and the light on the back saying its working. I decided maybe a quick reset may do the trick but no. At this point i can log in and everything, i go to device manager and look at my network adapters and i look to update and disable and enable some drivers, nothing seems to work and i go to bed. The Next morning i turn on my PC and the internet is working and everything is good and after logging in i get the first BSOD, i attempt to let it repair itself but every time it will say unable to repair, or BSOD for inaccessible boot device. After entering the command promt and entering a factory reset, it would begin to reset but around 8% it will randomly switch do undoing changes or Blue screen. now when enter the loading screen no users no password will show, Crtl, Alt delete wont work, but the mouse and everything does but when i hold shift down and click reset it only gives me the option to shut my pc down.

  2. Printer isn´t working after latest update.

    After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
    3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

  3. Printer isn´t working after latest update.

    Managed to solve it... here´s how I did it just in case anyone else has the same problem...

    ->Settings

    ->Printers & scanners

    ->Add a printer or scanner

    ->The printer that I want isn´t listed

    ->Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings

    ->Use an existing port: USB001 (Virtual printer port for USB)

    ->Choose printer

    ->Use the driver that is currently installed

    ->Type printer name

    And done... =P

    my microphone isn t working

    Hi Alexandra,

    You may experience problems with a device due to an issue with its driver or the hardware device itself. To narrow down the issue, we'd like to ask the following questions:

    • Were there any changes made on your computer settings prior to this issue?
    • What are the troubleshooting steps that you've tried so far?
    • Which version of Windows 10 are you currently running? To check your build, go to
      Start > Settings > System >
      About
      .
    • Have you tried using the microphone on a different computer?
    • Have you tried using a different microphone?

    We'll wait for your response and assist you accordingly.
