Windows 10: My computer keeps telling me to choose an operating system and then crashes continually.

When I opened my computer today, it was slower than usual. Then it asked me what operating system I wanted to use. I updated the computer from Windows 7 to 10 in August this year. However, this never has happened before and I have been trying to solve the problem for an hour by now. I go to the OEM repair system and half of the options are missing.


Please help.

Sometimes, this could be due to two operating system installed in your computer. Just to make sure this is not the case, I suggest you to try the steps below:

1. Press Windows key + R.

2. Type msconfig and press enter.

3. Click the "boot" tab and check if there are any other operating system listed.

4. In addition, change the timeout time to 3 seconds(default)

Computer keeps crashing

when its in the l last step of installing windows vista it crashes i think its a hardware issue because the is the second disk it has done it on ( i returned the other one) any help would be great system is in the system specs its windows vista ultimate also
