  1. My computer seems to restart every time I turn it on.

My computer had already been acting slower than usual and there were occasional freezes, but other than that it was totally fine. One day, I had pressed update and shut down on my computer as I was about to go to bed. When I woke up, my computer had lost all its file download, but it kept some of the games I had downloaded on there. I had to log back into everything I had previously had a saved account in and the wallpapers had reset to the default windows. All my folders are empty. I took the time to log back into all my accounts and put back my computer as best as I could back to what it was. The next day, I turned on my computer the same thing happened again. It had said at first that there was an issue and it could not properly login to my account, but after I logged in again, nothing was fixed and everything is still gone.

    :)

Windows Updated(16299.309).KB4088776 Restart is required to complete.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Thanks for the suggestions and for the time to respond My computer seems to restart every time I turn it on. :) Best regards.

And thanks for the tip of that program, I'll have it on my list.
