Windows 10: My computer updated and everything is gone and I can't access any of my bookmarked...

I just turned on my computer today and everything is gone. Everything from my desktop is now hidden from the desktop and I have to go search for it, my screensaver is just gone, and I can't access any of the browser windows i used to use and even if I open them every single thing I had bookmarked is missing. This is extremely upsetting, how do I get everything back to the way it was and submit a complaint for this unwanted update!

One computer cannot access other network computers.


So I've tried every troubleshooting step I know:

• Double checked that Net Bios was enabled
• Ran a bunch of network commands:
  • flushed DNS
  • registered dns
  • pinged and located the named computers successfully
• Reset my router to factory settings

Nothing works when I try to access via explorer. I'm still baffled by the fact that every other computer can access each other AND access this computer. It's just the outgoing connection from this machine that doesn't work.

Any thoughts?

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
