Windows 10: My computer won't run games and gpu is 0 and doesnt run

Hi i've taken out my graphics card to work on my rig and i've put everything back together and it works but my graphics card doesnt work . i've tried to reinstall Nvidia experience drivers and stuff but it still doesnt work and i've taken out my graphics card out of the desktop and put everything back together and im so confused on whats wrong with my card cause it worked perfectly before i took the card out. it says on my task management that my graphics card is gpu 0 and it runs but when i load a game it loads the game and then crashes i've tried to fix this problem for 2-3 hours now and i'm going to see more of whats the problem. and i really need help.

You may also try installing the game in compatibility mode.
Follow these steps to install the game software in compatibility mode and check if that helps.

        Right-click on the game setup file and click on
        ‘properties’.
        
      • 
        Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box
        ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 8 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if the issue persists.
        

If the issue still persists, I would suggest you to get in touch with the game manufacturer if it’s specific to that particular game.

Problems with running games

I suggest you to try installing games in compatibility mode. Compatibility mode runs the program using settings from a previous version of Windows. Follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if that helps.
