Windows 10: My computer won’t shut down or load

    My computer won’t shut down or load


    My computer shows a blank screen after I put my computer pin in on windows 11. The mouse is still there and occasionally shows the blue spinning thing. When I try to restart the computer it won’t turn off. I want to completely wipe my computer and start fresh but I’m struggling to find a way to do this when I can’t even get into it.

    my n97 won t charge or connect
