Windows 10: My computer's location is stuck in Japan. How do I force it back to USA?

I have Youtube TV and a Google Account but my computer and cell phone are now indicating the devices are in Japan. Hence, my smart TV with Youtube TV won't work because Google see my cell in Japan. I'm finished with Google as this problem is prevalent throughout the community and they have ignored it. I'm taking Google off my computer but noticed the computer still thinks it's in japan. How do I force the computer back to the USA.

The web site displayed information you had changed from Japan to USA Oregon. So in the telephone conversation the technician indicated that the California location for Gigabyte ships to USA locations and other locations use the local dealer. Amazon was not discussed. The next step will come from the reply to your email with Eddie Z.

Most probably every unlocked Nokia phone with 3G/WCDMA/UMTS network suppport sold in Europe or Asia will work in Japan (with, e.g., Softbank's 3G SIM card there, or through roaming with a foreign SIM card).

North American (USA, Canada) models won't work (the 3G frequencies are different there).
