Windows 10: My CPU fan screws won’t lock in

I just placed brand new thermal paste on my PC, and successfully removed the fan for my CPU, I am having trouble putting it back and the screws won’t go into place and I have the plate that holds the screws, I will display photos, may someone help me with this.

• Does the fan runs constantly fast or do you hear any noise?
• Have you tried updating all the drivers of your computer?
• Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before posting this concern? If yes, what are those?
• What is the memory/disk usage in task manager?

  and hit Enter. Check which application
  is taking more memory or disk usage.

My caps lock won t turn off

I'm typing a letter in word, it was fine then started using all caps it won t turn them the usual way
