Win 11 update with Intel i5-7Y54

I 've just run the PC Health Check to see if I can upgrade to Win 11. It says I cannot because my CPU Intel i5-7Y54 CPU @ 1.20GHz is not supported.

When I look at the list of supported Intel CPU with the Windows 10 21H1 update it shows my CPU as a supported one!

    I'm running a HP Pro x2 612G2 laptop.

    Any assistance out there?
