• Does the issue occur only when you are using Google Chrome or other browser as well?
• From where and which news have you subscribed?
• What happens when you try to access the crossword using Edge browser?
• When you say crosswords, Sudoku; are you using these from any apps or from web browser?

I can get to the next step, but can't really figure out the best strategy. Click on a letter with a key on the puzzle. Go over to the right and click on the lock. Repeat this process until the number goes to 0, then the next clue and puzzle open. If
you can't solve the jeopardy type puzzle, you can repeat the entire filling in of the crossword and get a new mystery puzzle. I can't figure out how to pick letters for the mystery clue, etc. I can just get to it.
