Windows 10: My cursor, in first person games on roblox, goes to the top of the screen instead of...

It is in fullscreen mode and I have tried reinstalling. Once my cursor reaches to where the top of the screen normally would be, there is a dropdown menu with the bar containing minimize, unfullscreen and close. Same thing happens with the taskbar, but not the sides. I constantly update my drivers my computer gets laggy if I don't. This happens on both of my computers.NVIDIA geforce 3080Intel i9.NVIDIA geforce 3070 tiintel i7.

Cursor goes off Roblox.

When playing a first person game on Roblox I often find my cursor going to the top of my screen (where the minimize and close buttons are) which stops the game from moving completely so I have resorted to pressing the Esc to reset my mouse to the center of the screen which helps but when play a first person game where I have to frequently look up and down it is hard to play. This issue also happens on the lower part of the screen (the task bar) although my game will still move. This is still a problem though because if I were to click it could open up an app unexpectedly. Not to mention some games wont allow for my controls (for example a Dusty Trip doesn't let me open doors when clicking). And also, some games will have the mobile buttons even when I'm playing on PC.

I have found the fix. It's quite simple. I faced this issue and it annoyed me a lot.
The fix is to first uninstall roblox and then install roblox from their official website and not the microsoft store. I applied this fix and it worked.
The mouse cursor won't appear now when i flick it or move it to the top of the screen in-game.
