    My dell laptop keeps restarting when i try to install the windows.


    So recently i reseted my laptop because it was slow.I did not make any backup because i didnt want to save any of my files. I have downloaded the Windows Media Creation Tool from another device on a usb stick, I have plugged in the stick in the laptop and it seems like it does some kind of a loop between the dell logo and the windows logo and i dont think it stops. Can somone help me and explain what should i do?

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
