Windows 10: my dell latitude 3340 touch screen not working

Where can I findthe HID Compliant Touchscreen driver for Dell laptop?I've already tried troubleshooting, updated everything, restarted too many times to count , but touch doesn't work and HID Compliant Touchscreen driver does not show up on Device Manager, even under Hidden Devices. I haveWindows 10 on this Dell latitude 3340. The HID Compliant Touchscreen was working until several days ago. Help! Tried Dell’s support to troubleshoot the touchscreen but it doesn’t even see that its on my pc so it couldn’t help. Any ideas?

I've got a Dell Latitude 2100 with a damaged dysplay screen, and want to replace it.

Do i have to get a screen from same kind of laptop, or are there screens from other 10.1 inch laptops screens that match this model of Dell?

Or just look up a non-working Latitude 2100 for donor parts. I've only looked at US search results on ebay, but you can get a working 2100 without HDD for $25-$30.

 

Windows 10 touch screen driver Dell Latitude XT

Hi, I'm in trouble, I own a Dell Latitude XT and the manufacturer's website was Ntrig download driver for the touch screen. Microsoft bought this company and disable websites.

If I use generic drivers through Windows Update, the touch screen is not working. Should not someone the latest drivers for the notebook from the manufacturer?

I tried the drivers for similar laptops and helping Please help.
