Windows 10: My Desktop Can't Show Anymore

This just suddenly happened and I don't know how to fix it.



This arrow appeared randomly and when I click it goes to my windows area which is changed now too.

I don't know the problem at all and I am getting worried.

I cannot take a picture of the windows "window" because it simply won't let me.

Please help.

No icons on desktop after startup only

Have you tried toggling the Desktop icons on and off?

• Right-click on an open area of the Desktop
• Click: View
• If Show Desktop icons is already checked, uncheck it.
• Repeat the above steps a time or two.
• Check: Show Desktop icons

If no go on the above, right-click on the empty Desktop, and create a file.

Let us know if they come back on.
