Windows 10: My driver is signed but wont install properly

While I was using photoshop I encountered a problem that didn't let me rotate the image.

I have a bad gpu ( Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset ) and I needed to get new drivers.

I have Windows 10 but because of that, the pre-installed drivers (WDDM1.1) don't have the version of OpenGL that I need.

I found some drivers online that work for windows 10 and support a higher version of OpenGl (allowing me to use the rotate tool on photoshop)

But the drivers that I installed are not digitally singed so I have to go to advanced startup options and disable driver signature enforcement every time I boot up.

But if I don't go to advanced startup and enable driver signature enforcement my resolution is now stretched.

And if I want to play a game with anti-cheat it wont allow me to play it because I have driver signature enforcement disabled

I have signed the driver and it says that the certificate is OK.

But if I go to device manager and go to update my driver it says that it's not digitally signed.

Anyone have a solution?

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.

As a work around, I suggest you to install the drivers in compatibility mode for Windows 7 and check if it helps.

Run the program in the compatibility mode.



If a program or driver written for an earlier version of Windows doesn't run properly in current Windows, then you could try using
compatibility mode on the program to hopefully allow it to run properly.

I suggest you to run the program/game in the compatibility mode and check if it helps. Follow the below steps:

• 
  Right click on the program icon, click on
  Properties.
  
• 
  Click the Compatibility tab.
  
• 
  Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select the Preferred
  Windows.
  
• 
  Click on Apply and click
  OK button.
