Windows 10: My driver's for my WiFi keeps getting uninstalled from my computer the only fix is to...

I installed the latest wifi / Bluetooth Intel 7 on my computer for gaming purposes worked fine for a bit then I moved my computer across the room and unplugged it when I got it all set up again the drivers from my computer was completely deleted not just from the device manager but the file for my driver's Wi-Fi was completely gone? With the file for the Bluetooth was still there . How do I keep my computer from deleting this file .

How do you uninstall chipset drivers?

I'm installing a new mobo so I need to uninstall the intel 865g drivers to make way for the P35 drivers.

Can't find any uninstall options in add/remove programs and intel chipset inst listed in driver cleaner.

I understand you need to delete the WIFI driver on your computer.

May I know the make and model of it?

And can you please take a screenshot of your Device Manager?

Here are the steps to completely remove a Device from your computer.

Step 1. Use shortcut keys Windows key+ X

Step 2. Select Device Manager.

Step 3. Expand the entry. Right-click the problematic device and select Uninstall device.

Step 4. You need to check the option Delete the driver software for this device and then click the Uninstall button.

Step 5. Reboot the computer.

After the reboot, please see it the problem is fixed.

 

My wifi and Bluetooth drivers are keep uninstalling

Please hover your mouse to the Network or Wireless icon at the lower right-hand corner then right click it and click Troubleshoot Network. Let the troubleshooter finish until its done then this should either fix the problem or give us an error message.

If that didn't work, we need to remove the WIFI driver from the Device Manager and restart the pc to reinstall it. You have done this step as you mentioned above but this is a different approach.

Here the steps to completely remove a Device off your computer.

Step 1. Use shortcut keys Windows key+ X on Windows 10.

Step 2. Select Device Manager.

Step 3. Expand the entry Right-click the problematic device Network Adapters it is either Wireless, or WIFI adapter and select Uninstall device.

Step 4. You need to check the option Delete the driver software for this device, and then click the Uninstall button.

Step 5. Reboot the computer.

After the reboot, please see it the problem is fixed.

If that still would not work, please visit the support website of your laptop or desktop and then download and install the latest Wireless driver then restart the PC.

In case you still experience same issue please try to perform a Windows update on your machine.
