Windows 10: my escape key on my keyboard is working as alt+tab and when it happens i cant type or do...

randomly my keyboard gets this bug the escape key working as alt+tab and when it happens i can move around in game but cant hit space bar but when it happens in discord or chrome i cant type but i can still switch tabs with esc so can anyone help me figure this out?

alt + tab not working

i always just use the windows key to get back to the desktop [pops up the start dealy, doesn't need anything to alt+tab to]

 

Escape key minimizes, cannot type. Windows 10

From time to time the windows key stops working, escape key closes windows, and I cannot type. Control alt delete does work. Right click with the mouse does nothing. I thought it was my keyboard so I tried using a different one and it happened again. I
cant seem to find a solution. I would greatly appreciate any help
