Windows 10: my file wont open

Discus and support my file wont open in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; So my file wont open and I think the problem is there is a internet explorer symbol next to it. how do get back the basic file opener for windows 10...     opening .dds files with gimp

    Simply, HOW? I got the DDS plugin but the POS wont open DDS files still. Can someone give me a step-by-step rundown of how to install the DDS plugin for gimp so I know if I'm missing something?

    .jpg files wont open on android

    Hi!
    When i try to upload jpg files which open faster, they wont load on android.
    So i have to change the photos to png.
    Unfortunately, the png files are very heavy and open very slow on the website.
    Can you help me solve this problem?

    We suggest that you try to reinstall Antivirus and see if it helps.

    You can also run a System File Checker (SFC) scan to check for any file corruption. SFC scan will scan for corrupt system files on the computer and repair them. Please see the steps below:

    • Press Windows key + X.
    • Click Command Prompts (Admin)
    • In the Command Prompt, type the following command and press Enter:
      sfc /scannow
    Provide us an update on the progress of your concern.
