Restore points are automatic with Win10. IF you installed anything claiming to be from Microsoft, you likely got had. The best way to remove malware is to reinstall the OS: Windows 10 - Clean Install - Windows 10 Forums

You will lose everything. If you don't want to lose anything, you can continue with this thread through the responses of others to try and get you back control.

Sorry to read of your dilemma, Daniel. I know it’s not cool to get duped and to see that System Restore is turned off by default upon installation of 10. That’s the first thing I turn on. I have that on a checklist so to remember. The only reason I can find why it’s off by default is it may be a feature no one was using, it may be they're porting it over to the Settings app, or for those that dual boot. Who knows? That’s a million dollar question that’s neither here nor there for now.

Do as you will, but as others have suggested, I think it best to fresh install as long as it is activated and you have digital rights or legit keys to do so. To check: Open Settings app (WinKey/I or in All apps) > Update & Security > Activation.
