    Hi

    My (vaio svf13n17pgp) laptop has 2 cameras : 1. A web cam on the top of its screen - 2. A second camera on its backside below its keyboard & touch pad

    second one works good and I can take photo with it BUT the first one (web cam) doesn't work at all and its button on its app has disappeared and on all photo call apps I have not web cam to use. what should I do?! Please HELP me.......

    Windows Build (10240)

    I followed your suggestions, but to no avail,

    went to Device Manager, tried following your link but it doesn´t list my camera

    or any camera,

    Have you any more suggestions Please.

    I have the same Problem with Logitech C500. Try to use Skype, the camera works perfekt. Only Problem with the CAMERA App.

    For a short time the Camera works after Windows 10 installtion. But suddenly not. ???

    Windows "Hello" doesn`t work. No option for cam-Login is shown
