Windows 10: My google screen is moved upwards, I have a black line at the bottom

For some reason my google chrome screen is moved upwards, Its like a half cm move but it is very annoying. My computer screen is fine, it is only for google. It is not a seperate screen, its my own computer screen. I tried Ctrl + Alt, but move option isnt active. Please help!
