    Hallmark Card studio 2017

    I installed Hallmark Card Studio 2017 a couple of months ago and everything worked well. We received some new updates from Microsoft Updates on 3-14-17 and I was trying to send a card to my wife and include animation to the card and got this message. Hallmark
    Card Studio 2017 has stopped working. The next message said: A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. I never had this problem until I got the recent updates from Windows
    10 updates. Can you help me with this problem.

    Which version of Hallmark Card Studio is it?

    Have you tried uninstall then reinstall the software to see if it corrects the problem?
