Windows 10: My HDD disk usage always goes 100% whenever I open any program...............Any Solution...

I am using Hp laptop with intel corei3

When I am trying to open any program, in the task manager the disk usage goes above 90% and taking almost 5 minutes to open any program

I have tried almost all the solutions available on You Tube and different websites but not a single solution worked, this is my last option .......

HDD Disk Usage Suddenly Goes Up to 100 and Comes Back

Actually, the Processes Tab doesn't show the exact Disk Usage, it's usually 10% (When Freezes) . Only the Performance Tab shows 100%.

Also, the top 5 processes depends on what file I'm opening. For Movies, the Movies&TV app goes first with 1.5 Mb/s disk usage at most.

Stuck at 100% Disk Usage

I have an Asus ROG Strix GL503. It's almost always sitting at 100% disk usage. I've tried everything, and nothing will work. Some things I have tried will temporarily stop it from staying at 100%, but later, usually after a restart or shut-off it will return
to using 100% of the disk. Sometimes the disk usage will drop but after opening certain tabs or programs it goes back up to 100% and sits there.

My specs:

i7-7700HQ

16GB RAM

GTX 1050

930 GB HDD
