Windows 10: My HDD keeps disappearing

Recently I had a Windows 10 update on my Asus laptop. After that my internal hard drive D keeps disappearing and sometimes reappears. I tried removing the windows update and reinstall the windows update. But my HDD still keeps disappearing and then I can't even see it in the Device Manager. Do I need to remove the drivers from the HDD?

Audio Enhancements Keep Disappearing

I did what was suggested, but my model list looks different from the one shown in the tutorial provided.





I chose the Realtek High Definition Audio, since that's the one I (think) I've selecting through my method mentioned in my original post. Can't tell yet if that's permanently fixed the issue, so I'll get back to this thread if anything's changed or not after a couple of days.
