    My Hello Face is not working


    My Hello Face is not working. I have a Surface Laptop Go and Windows 11.I've been following the steps that one of the Microsoft Member Team advised on here: I already did all the necessaries updates and restarted the computer.I wasn't able to reset the Facial Recognition or Fingerprint options, as the option 'remove' is not available for me.I went to Windows Biometric Service and I clicked in stop.I went to C:\Windows\System32\WinBioDatabase, took a backup of the file inside the WinBioDatabase folder. Which there had only one file named: ' 51F39552-1075-4199-B513-0C10EA185DB0.DAT'. I'm not su

    MY Windows hello face no working

    Yes, I understand that your Windows Hello Face is showing up as not available. Where you able to do all the troubleshooting steps as suggested above?

    Can you describe what happens when you completed the each of troubleshooting steps above? Is there an error message or something that could help to figure out the cause of the issue.?

    My Hello Face is not working

    Windows Hello Face stopped working

    After installing Windows 10 1909 Update KB4551762 and restarting my M/S Surface Book 2 the Windows Hello Face login would not work. I logged on with my PIN, went to settings/accounts to check my Hello/Face Sign In. Message advises that Windows could not find a camera compatible with Windows Hello Face. Prior to the Update Windows Hello Face was working. Would appreciate any feedback on how to resolve this issue
