Windows 10: My hotmail account has been blocked and i would like it reactivated please,

Can you please tell me as to why my account has been blocked, i have had words with Microsoft help and i had been told it had been blocked because of security issues. This is unfair that this has been done , if i thought i had an security issue with my account or any threat regarding my account i would of changed my password on my hot mail account . I just can`t understand why you would of done this to my account. This blocked account was my main one. you have made this a nightmare for me.
